Subscription Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds for subscription fees in specific situations. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our AI services as intended, please notify us within 7 days of subscribing. We will investigate the issue and determine if a refund is appropriate.

  • Platform downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours within your first week
  • Significant AI service functionality not working as advertised
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges

Unused Portion:

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. However, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of the current billing cycle.

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Continued Access:

Immediate Termination:

If you require immediate termination of services, please contact our support team. Note that immediate termination does not qualify for refunds of the current billing period.

Force Majeure:

In cases where service interruptions are caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, third-party AI service outages, cyber attacks, etc.), standard refund policies may be modified on a case-by-case basis.

Fair Usage Violations:

Accounts terminated for violating our fair usage policy or terms of service are not eligible for refunds. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or abuse our AI systems
  • Sharing account credentials or reselling services

Enterprise Accounts:
